By accessing or using Atrium ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. This Service is intended for use by business development teams and their authorized company representatives.

Description of Service

Atrium provides a digital content organization and presentation platform that enables companies and their business development teams to create branded digital rooms for sharing approved marketing materials with clients, prospects, and partners. The Service includes features for content management, engagement tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Content and Compliance

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, share, or display through the Service ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including SEC and FINRA rules, that you have obtained all necessary approvals from your compliance department before sharing content, and that your use of the Service complies with your company's policies and procedures.

Important: Atrium is a content organization tool designed for marketing materials only. It does not review, approve, or ensure compliance of any content shared through the platform. Users are responsible for ensuring all content meets applicable regulatory requirements.

Prohibited Content: Users should not upload sensitive client information, account statements, personalized financial plans, or any personally identifiable financial data. Atrium is intended for company-approved marketing and educational content only.
